Are there still active? If not, is it time to wrap them up?

I know that serverless one is still rocking! ( https://github.com/cncf/toc/blob/main/workinggroups/serverless.md )

Networking and Storage have transitioned into TAGs, I think CI needs to be closed out.
I'll leave this open for a week or so to let someone correct me if that's not accurate.
