I feel if the job has open source work or upstream work, we should highlight them more special, usually with another color or maybe we make them bigger... kinda like we do with a https://landscape.cncf.io

The idea is to INCENTIVE jobs to have jobs that include open source and/or upstream work.

This is important for kubecon keynote :)
