I'm writing about the number of DevStats in Japan to post CNCF Blog. In summarizing the data, I noticed that some developers' locations in DevStats are wrong. How can we fix it? I'm glad to let them know how to change the location in the blog. I assume that we need to edit gitdm in order to fix it.
