How to Update Country Information

Hello,

I have confirmed that the Company information for Developers on all.devstats.cncf.io can be changed by updating the developers_affiliationsX.txt file. However, I am unsure how to update the Country information. I updated the Location on the developers' GitHub profile over three weeks ago, but it has not been reflected.

Could you please provide guidance on updating the Country information, including any necessary configuration files or steps, and the expected time for the changes to take effect?

You can update github_users.json file or LMK which user(s) should change country/countries to which value.

We want to change the country of @yuichi-nakamura, @Michito-Okai, and @kz-masa to Japan.

I've updated but didn't push the changes yet, because I will push all changes to that JSON file in one commit (it is a big file stored in LFS) - I'll LYK when this is done - it will be today.
I will also update cncf/devstats.
