Add volunteers to CNCF Santo Domingo Community

Hi Audra, as we speaked today at the Office Hour. I would like to get these volunteers at our Santo Domingo CNCF chapter. They have been helping me through all of our in-person events and they've been putting the effort of recording all of our attendance manually.

So hopefully, giving them the access to the Bevy Platform and App will bring our attendance and operational efficiency numbers up!
