Cleanup of unused content (scripts, playbooks, roles)

A lot of the content in CNF Testbed is unused or outdated. Instead of keeping it in the master branch, we should create a new pre-cleanup branch, and update master to only include content that is still relevant.

Goals:

• Reduce content in "master" branch to only include content that is still relevant
  • Including content in baseline directories [Move/cleanup old and outdated "baseline" directories #352]
  • Leaving content that may still be relevant (mainly Openstack/VNF related)
• Create new branch to keep a snapshot of existing content
• (separate issue) Update documentation to match content in "master [[Documentation] update Install Guide #359 [Documentation] update README #360]

Tasks:

• Create snapshot branch from current master
• Remove unused content
