CMS2pfMetSequence not working and metCorSequence outdated

The CMS2pfMetSequence will not work until the JetMETCorrections package is updated. But the package cannot be updated to the release 7 standard without braking the metCorSequence.

Works now after changing the python to work with the new version of the 1Met corrections in the official 7_0_0 JetMetCorrections package. Muon and Type1 Met are applied. I checked that the branch gets filled, but we have to run over a relval sample and compare uncorrected and corrected CaloMet distributions to confirm that everything makes sense. Let's keep the issue open until this is done.
