Bookkeeping of issues impacted by ZDC Geometry

Overview

This issue is to keep track of open issues and PRs requiring an update of the ZDC geometry/conditions for Run 3. The purpose is to keep everything organized such that upon merging the fix for the run 3 geometry/conditions nothing gets left behind/forgotten. Please let me know if anything is missing from this list.

Current Status of the Issue

Two PRs to fix this issue have been merged into master: #45511 (along with backport #46011 ) and #46033 (along with backport #46062). Now what is still remaining is to update the conditions accordingly and create a new candidate GT, the progress for which can be found here: https://gitlab.cern.ch/cmshcal/docs/-/issues/247.
