Investigate using `cms-combine` from  `conda-forge`

There is not a conda-forge build of combine: https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/cms-combine. Final Fits should investigate using it without needing a cmssw environment at all. Then everything can be installed in the same environment as HiggsDNA (one environment to do a full Hgg analysis).
