Support multiple NLB ports

Describe the Bug

Some protocols (FTP) utilize multiple ports, but this module supports only single port number in NLB configuration (nlb_container_port). Since this input is used to configure SG rules, it's impossible to successfully configure such service.

Expected Behavior

Multiple container ports should be supported for NLB configuration.

Steps to Reproduce

Use either a port range or a port list in nlb_container_port instead of a single port number.
