Description

Add PDB templates to the Helm charts and define recommended Resource Quotas/Limits for the manager pod based on profiling data.

User Story

As a Cluster Operator I can ensure the operator remains available during node maintenance, so that sync operations are not interrupted.

Benefit

Ensures the operator remains available during node maintenance and prevents OOM kills during high-load sync operations.

Acceptance Criteria

• Pod Disruption Budget (PDB) template is added to the Helm chart.
• Default resource requests and limits are defined in the Helm chart.
• Resource recommendations are based on profiling data under load.
• Documentation updated with recommended resource profiles.
