Description

At the moment PluginDefinitions are deployed to Greenhouse via external pipelines. This requires the team operating the Greenhouse installation to create deployment pipelines to bring in PluginDefinitions.

With the implementation of #797 there will be a Flux installation in Greenhouse. This can be utilised by the Greenhouse controllers to deploy PluginDefinitions.

Objectives

• Default PluginDefintionCatalog greenhouse-extensions is provisioned by default
• Each Organization can deploy additional PluginDefinitionCatalogs to bring in their own PluginDefinitions

Acceptance Criteria

• docs(catalog): adds ADR for an integrated catalog of PluginDefinitions documentation#20
• Controller for Catalogs implemented [FEAT] - Controller for Catalogs implemented #1000
• Metrics & Dashboard & Alerts #1645
