User Story

As a greenhouse user, when using the Plugin-Plugin Integration feature, the tracking plugin should also get notified on exposed service / ingress url changes from the tracked plugin.

Description

In Plugin integration scenario

Updates to tracking plugin is received from tracked plugin on value changes.
This is relied on pluginOptionChecksum being changed on value updates.

the tracked plugin should also trigger a reconcile when exposed service / ingress urls are changed.

• including the exposed service into the checksum should solve the issue

Acceptance Criteria

• Tracking Plugin reconciles when tracked Plugin exposed service / ingress URL changes
