Warp menu gets very small in SCM, SonarQube and Nexus on mobile devices #6

The UIs of SCM, SonarQube and Nexus are not responsive. Due to that the browser of a mobile device scales down. If we use viewpoint, we can control the zooming: http://html5-mobile.de/blog/meta-viewport-fuer-mobile-anpassen
Maybe we can inject the viewpoint in every page?

I found out that the meta tag <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"> is already being injected. Is that what you intended?
So it seems not to fix that problem.
