Add test to ensure an user can't see contents from another user

As a Cloudigrade QE, I want a test so that check if one user can't see contents from another user.

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify that the test creates multiple users
• Verify that the test creates content for each created user
• Verify that the test is asserting that each user can't see others' content.

Assumptions and Questions

• The api doc is updated and provides the information needed.
