For example, if I request example.com/#id=1, CloudFlare trim #id=1. That's not ok

This isn't enough information for us to use to debug anything. Can you provide more detail here and a reproduction.

This is my mistake, I did not take into account that the #hash (anchor) is not transmitted to the server, but is available only on the client.
