`core:window:allow-start-dragging` and `core:window:allow-toggle-maximize` cause silent panick

core:window:allow-toggle-maximize and core:window:allow-toggle-maximize tauri permissions seem to cause a silent panic that stops the controls from rendering, but this is only an issue if you had the permissions for a custom solution or for an unmaintained repo solving the issue differently.
