now windows has vcpkg

when support vcpkg.

At the moment I don't have the resources to provide that. If someone files PR I'd be happy to merge it.

Was coming here for this. Just to provide some more information: It seems vcpkg has all the dependencies expect for libhiredis. So in order for libjson-rpc-cpp to be added to vcpkg, libhiredis has to be added first..
