Case weights

There was an initial discussion at tidymodels about passing in the weights argument to different engines. Some students actually asked how to provide the weights argument to ranger. Can we currently provide columns with weights to something like `set_engine`? Don't implement this yourself but defer to the tidymodels implementation.
