FEATURE: Add network Policy metadata on the UI.

Hi,

We started to use Hubble UI to see the network flows on our system. What happens during this journey is that the Platform Team can easily understand the flow and fix or identify possible flows that are dropped and fix. On the other side, the "Security Team" that doesn´t know where Network Policies are ( big clusters, lot of NP) is very difficult for then to analyse/find the NP and eventually fix. So, the idea is to add meta information on the UI, about the network Policy that rejects or allows that traffic.
