Style setting for card shadow color on hover

Currently, it's the only card setting which notably doesn't have an 'on hover' counterpart.

Implemented. Card shadow colour now has an on-hover counterpart, under Cards → Card shadow:

• Color (hover) — the same preset list as the base setting, including a Default option
• Custom color (hover) — revealed only when Custom is selected

Default emits no rule, so leaving it alone keeps the hovered card at whatever the base shadow colour resolves to. The hover rules are gated on the hover classes alone, so a Default base pairs correctly with a hover colour.

Verified across every combination:

The per-theme alpha multipliers apply to the hover colour as well (3x light, 6.5x dark).
