WebKit never dispatches contextmenu for a finger long press — every long-press menu in Obsidian on iOS is a synthetic MouseEvent that DragManager fires when a registered drag ends without moving more than 5px. The URL button was the only draggable surface in the plugin that did not register with app.dragManager, so no synthetic event was ever produced for it. Cards and tags registered, which is why their menus worked.

The button now registers on WebKit and immediately hands the state back — a live draggable makes the editor's dragover reject the drop, and a live ghostEl paints Obsidian's preview over the native one. Property-row web links had the same gap and got the same treatment.

Verified on iPadOS: a stationary long press opens the card menu; a press that drags still drags and shows no menu.

Two earlier attempts are recorded for anyone hitting this again: -webkit-touch-callout: none targets the callout rather than the drag, and the pointer-events hit-test gate is real but was not the blocker.
