This is due to a separate rule that is added for the names Αρσενικά σε -ιος (Αναστάσιος, Γεώργιος, Γρηγόριος).
Because of a mistake in the hyphenation process, the above names are not hyphenated properly. Instead of Α-να-στά-σι-ος they are hyphenated as Α-να-στά-σιος. So they are classified as 'accented in the PARaligousa form'. So the separate rule was added.
To solve that we need to either solve the hyphenation issue (which is the preferred but more difficult solution) or refine the rules more (which is not preferred because this only creates more issues).
