Query condition display does not match query UI for SIFT and PolyPhen

When a user has criteria for SIFT or PolyPhen, we have a simple dropdown UI, however we display the actual numerical criterion in the right hand side panel:

This could be confusing to users since we have always tried to reflect information in the format and way they have specified it. Not sure how hard this is to fix. I do not consider this a blocker to release.

The filter text is the same as it was in the old varify. Changing this is quite hard since the language in the UI is a custom template and has nothing to do with the context itself. To modify the context with custom language will probably require significant work on the Cilantro side possibly allowing a control to specify the language given its current value and operator. Since this definitely will not happen in the next day or two, I am moving this off the milestone and marking for future.
