Ignore changes in phrase "последний раз редактировалось"

To ignore in "first post changes" notifications for the whole phrase like " Последний раз редактировалось Инфорг Владимирская 23 июл 2023, 06:34, всего редактировалось 12 раз."

As I see such changes are already excluded from content here:

Can this issue be closed?
