menu.lst integration issue in older grub4dos-for_UEFI versions (works in 2025-09-09 but X570 chipset error 25) #450
Description
I have a problem integrating menu.lst in older versions such as grub4dos-for_UEFI-2023-06-15.7z and grub4dos-for_UEFI-2024-02-26.7z.
The command I used to integrate menu.lst is:
mkimage.exe -p /efi/grub -d x86_64-efi -o grub4efi2024-02-26-menu.efi -O x86_64-efi -c menu.lst
And the menu.lst is:
title win11.vhd - SVBus RAMDISK
find --set-root /mount/win11.vhd | set x=
echo x=%x%
map --mem --top /mount/win11.vhd (hd)
chainloader (hd-1)
title win11.vhd - SVBus FILEDISK
find --set-root /mount/win11.vhd
map /mount/win11.vhd (hd)
chainloader (hd-1)
In the case of the latest version, grub4dos-for_UEFI-2025-09-09.7z, the menu.lst integration does work, but unfortunately map --mem --top /mount/win11.vhd (hd) gives error 25, since the chipset is X570.
