Allowing auto values with the no-margin-properties rule.

Can we have a configuration option that allows the use of auto with this rule?

There are some centering layouts that are difficult (if not impossible) to achieve without auto margins. For example, centering a modal dialog, when the parent can't be made into a flex or grid mode.

I'm happy to attempt a pull request for this myself if we think this is something that would be accepted.

@ambethia feel free to open a PR. I'm thinking instead of a config for auto, I'd prefer a config that accepts a list of values to be allowed. Some kinda whitelist
