在dashboard中改了相关的模型，然后他说要重启，重启之后还是原来的模型

相关环境

• OpenClaw 版本：2026.4.1
• 操作系统：Ubuntu22.04
• Python 版本：3.12.3

Dashboard 中的模型配置修改会写入 data/pending_model_changes.json，需要通过 scripts/apply_model_changes.py 脚本实际应用到 openclaw 配置中。几个排查方向：

1. 确认配置是否写入成功：检查 data/pending_model_changes.json 是否有你修改的内容
2. 手动应用配置：运行 python3 scripts/apply_model_changes.py 查看是否报错
3. 确认 openclaw 配置路径：最新版支持 OPENCLAW_HOME 环境变量自定义路径（PR fix: support OPENCLAW_HOME for non-standard OpenClaw paths #275），请确认你的 openclaw.json 实际路径是否正确
4. 重启 openclaw：修改配置后需要重启 openclaw 进程本身（不只是 dashboard），配置才会生效

如果以上都确认无误仍然无法生效，请贴出 apply_model_changes.py 的运行日志。
