Would it be possible to get a new release of SCEasy so that it is picked up by bioconda? #62

Pretty please @nh3 ???

This would enable the newer conversions available to be used from Galaxy and others.

Thanks!

Thank you for prompting! Yes, it has been too long since its last release.

Just released v0.0.7. Hopefully bioconda will pick it up soon.

Best,
Ni

Seems it's picked up by bioconda auto-bumping bioconda/bioconda-recipes#36759, but I think some manual edits would be desired:

  1. Remove version capping for anndata and scipy (those are for that "exchangeable loom" stuff which had been decommissioned)
  2. Add monocle3 as a dependency (optional?)

I think 1) is necessary, but please let me know your thoughts on 2). @pcm32

Thanks for acting so promptly @nh3 . We have some people interested in working with monocle3 CDS, so I would support 2 as well.
