Sample data missing m13.fits

Hi, 
I wanted to run the criterion suite but it looks like the sample data at https://alasky.cds.unistra.fr/Aladin-Lite-test-files/fits-rs-test-files.tar is missing `m13.fits`. I believe I found it on NASA's site, and I've attached it here. Github doesn't allow for .fits files so I've gzipped it.
