unable to query find_starhorse.py

Hello! I am trying to query starhorse by parts and I am getting an error:

python find_starhorse.py --offset=0..10
#+++ ERROR /home/cds/vizier/bin/catClient.py -source=starhorse -c.rs=2.0 -recno=0..10 --format=tsv

My script works for other tables (e.g. find_unwise.py, etc.). Any idea what's going on? Thanks so much!

offset starts at 1; please update your command with --offset=1..10
(the error message is no clear: I confess..)
