CCL is meant to be a practical and respectful project space for language design, code generation, documentation, and tooling work.
Contributors are expected to:
- be respectful and direct
- discuss technical disagreements in good faith
- focus criticism on ideas, code, docs, and behavior
- give enough context for others to understand a report or proposal
- respect maintainers' time and project direction
The following behavior is not acceptable:
- harassment, threats, or personal attacks
- discriminatory language or behavior
- sexualized comments or attention
- publishing private information without permission
- repeated off-topic arguments after a maintainer asks to stop
- bad-faith reports, spam, or intentionally disruptive behavior
Maintainers may edit, hide, or remove comments, issues, pull requests, or other contributions that violate this code of conduct.
Maintainers may also temporarily or permanently block contributors who continue harmful behavior after being warned, or who create serious harm without warning.
If you need to report a conduct problem, contact a project maintainer privately when possible. If no private contact is available, open a minimal public issue asking for a private contact and do not include sensitive details.
Reports will be handled with as much confidentiality as the project can reasonably provide.
