Two domains, apparently one database but wanted two separate installations

I have two different domains but when I install to CF, they both point to the same DB so now I literally have the following:

DOMAIN01.WHY/SinkLink

DOMAIN02.WTF/SinkLink

I mean, it's kinda cool but not what I wanted. Any ideas?

I have two different domains that I create short URLs for. I have separate repos, CF installs, and have differentiated them with the settings. Set the NUXT_DATASET to something unique for each, then in the ANALYTICS binding set that to the same. I also have created separate KVs for each and set them in the KV bindings.
