example-0102 needs further work. Results are significantly different w.r.t Abaqus.

iron and Abaqus solutions seem to coincide for dx,dy,dz -> 0. But even for medium mesh resolution, results are significantly different.

It seems that we cannot tell for sure what PDE Abaqus actually implements. As such, we cannot really use Abaqus as a reference for validation.

The example-01xx tree needs a complete overhaul and comparison against analytic solution or other finite element tools with a similar implementation of the respective PDE.
