The orchestration function here has the same shape (requires a live DataSource), and none of its siblings (update-projects-seed.ts, seed-runner.ts) have specs either — it was already riding on the rest of the codebase's margin. Mark it with v8 ignore hints instead of widening the shared vitest.config.ts glob (keeps the exclusion scoped and visible in context).
