1st commit simplify config.m4
2nd commit add useful information in phpinfo (for users support)

$ php -n -d extension=modules/archive.so --ri libarchive

libarchive

libarchive support => enabled
archive extension version => 0.1.0
libarchive version => 3.5.0
libarchive details => libarchive 3.5.0 zlib/1.2.11 liblzma/5.2.5 bz2lib/1.0.8 liblz4/1.9.1 libzstd/1.4.5

Please also se my message (pecl devel) about moving everything from "libarchive" to only "archive", for consistency
