When attempting to connect the MultiSense SL to my PC, I consistently encounter the following error: Reconfigure: failed to set transmit delay: Unknown command.

I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

error

Could you provide guidance on how to address this error?

Is there any way you can send me the output of the LibMultiSense VersionInfoUtility for your SL? I believe you are running an older version of the MultiSense firmware which does not support setting a transmission delay.

VersionInfo
Here is the output of VersionInfoUtility.

The provided download link for the new firmware in the manual seems no longer accessible. Could you guide me on where to locate the latest firmware?

@PixelatedPenguinn can you reach out to [email protected] and ask for the latest version of the SL firmware? I can confirm your 3.3 firmware does not support the transmit delay interface.

I will also update the ROS driver to not try and set the transmit delay for older firmware versions.

Apologies for the inconvenience here.
