Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Existing tools for creating OpenSCENARIO files often feel clunky, unintuitive, and buggy. This makes it frustrating and time-consuming to describe and design scenarios effectively, especially when trying to customize scenarios to specific needs.

Describe the solution you'd like
A streamlined and user-friendly OpenSCENARIO software that allows for effortless creation of custom scenarios. The tool should include features like a drag-and-drop interface, real-time visualization, and built-in templates for common scenarios. It would intuitively guide users through the scenario design process and generate the required .xosc files seamlessly.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I’ve explored other tools and applications currently available, but they often fall short in terms of usability and stability. Manually editing .xosc files is another option, but it’s time-intensive and prone to errors.

Additional context
This software could be a game-changer for developers and researchers working on autonomous systems, offering a more efficient and reliable way to create and test scenarios. A clean UI, robust functionality, and compatibility with existing standards are key aspects to consider.
