Modifications and additions:

- `cordis.patch.yml`: registers an `mcp-editaplot` row in the DSH patch
  stack and publishes `skills/editaplot/SKILL.md` on startup.
- `editaplot_mcp_server.py`: an MCP server that wraps the upstream
  EditaPlot CLI; the upstream runtime is unmodified.
- `skills/editaplot/SKILL.md`: the upstream skill with an MCP tool surface
  section appended. Forbidden behaviours are preserved verbatim.
- `package.json`: declares `dsh.bundle.patch` so the DSH `plugin` CLI
  recognises this package as a profile layer.

Third-party runtime notices (inherited from upstream THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md):

- The upstream Skill repair route may install NumPy, pandas, PyYAML,
  jsonschema, Matplotlib, `originpro`, openpyxl, xlrd, Pillow, and their
  Python dependencies. `originpro` and `OriginExt` are supplied by
  OriginLab for automating a separately installed Origin application.
  This repository does not redistribute Origin.
