Check whether translation strings are actually defined #16

If my code says

<FormattedMessage id="ui-ldp.refresh" />

But my translation file does not have a message with the tag ui-ldp.refresh, then I would like to be informed of my error.

Is that out of scope for this project? If do, do you know of another that is addressing it?
