We've added a public PR Review Guide for OpenMontage:

OpenMontage has a lot of moving parts: tools, providers, selectors, pipeline manifests, schemas, checkpoints, render runtimes, docs, and tests. A small PR can affect more than the file it changes, so this guide is meant to give contributors and reviewers a shared framework.

Please use it when:

• opening PRs
• reviewing community PRs
• adding or changing providers/tools
• touching selectors, pipeline manifests, schemas, render runtimes, or setup docs
• checking for regressions, stale behavior, security concerns, or unrelated churn

The guide is not meant to box reviewers into only the listed items. It's a starting point. If you spot something the guide does not cover, please call it out anyway.

As the project evolves, we'll keep improving the guide based on real PR reviews and contributor feedback.
