Review DAGs’ schedule.

The DAG “create_external_tables” needs to be the last DAG to run. When the new data has a different structure (new columns) it affects the result tables. With the current schedule, those changes would be applied with one day delay. Changing the order (time of execution) would fix it.

Removing Saturdays from those schedules could also save costs.
