'Network split' / Users sometimes not visible to each other

Sometimes, users are invisible to other users logged in to the same hall.

Example: Users A, B and C are logged in to the same hall. A sees all three, while B only sees B and C – not A’s name and not what they are writing. Now refreshing B’s browser only brings up the same list (B and C) again. Refreshing A’s browser, on the other hand, makes A appear on B’s screen.

This affected multiple users at the same time and occurred more than once. So the workaround we’ve come up with so far is, anyone who can’t be seen by someone else has to refresh their browser.
