String replace menu for individual user

it would be nice to have a independet submenu for user defined string replacements.

possible usecases:
-people without german keyboard layout could auto replace ae, oe, ue with ä, ö, ü.
-ability to define abreviations for long/difficult words for example "gome" to "government".

these auto replacements do not need to be visible at all time, so a scrollable shortcut menu would be sufficient.
