Description

This pull request adds a new CONTRIBUTING.md file to the repository. The new file provides detailed guidelines for:

  • Reporting bugs
  • Suggesting enhancements
  • Submitting pull requests
  • Following coding standards and commit message guidelines

This should help improve overall contribution quality and provide a clear roadmap for new contributors.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • Verified that the file is included in the repository root.
  • Reviewed the guidelines for clarity and completeness.
  • Ensured that links (such as Code of Conduct) are correctly referenced.

@naman9271 please avoid using ai tools and try to work on some more priority task.
Your #42 pr was last documentation pr I merged. Plase remember only quality pr would be accepted as open source.
Please try to learn and work on react or flask so it would also help in your future.
