Describe the bug
On /tutorial/tutorial_id, after adding a comment it's not visible directly but a page overloads needed in order to view the latest comment, and nested comment is having problem, might be a component issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to "/"
  2. Add New Tutorial and Publish
  3. Click on the newly created tutorial.
  4. Add comment and notice that need to do page reload to see it

Expected behavior
After adding a comment, it should be visible without any external trigger or need.

Hey, I wanted to create this issue on the same day. I raised a PR resolving other areas of Tutorial Page as well.

@muntaxir4 good one, I was solving this too, was in the middle, but now will take reference from your code. I won't be raising a pr though
