Backlinks still not working as expected

observation
When clicking on the backlink, the course page URL is opened and the course page opens at its top. Because of the course settings to show one section per page there is no module with the given id-tag on the course page.

expectation
When clicking on the backlink, the URL to the corresponding section should open.
