Preserve active chat on reload

First of all, thank you very much for developing this tool. It really helps me a lot when I'm working!

I have a small suggestion. Currently, when I reload, all the pages refresh simultaneously and return to the home page. Would it be possible to have the app stay on the specific chat page after a reload?

Hi @FallingDove . Thank you for using the app! I think this is a great idea and should be relatively straight-forward to implement.

I cut issue #198 for easier tracking of this request. I'll start working on this now and should have the next release out within a few days!
