We have used 3D printer Fortus 400mc.
We have a constant job for ASA filament for it.
The original ASA Stratasys material works great. But it is expensive
We have tried many substitutes for ASA materials, but they all burn and clog the nozzle in 1 hour to 2 days.
On ASA, the tip temperature of the Fortus 400mc is 330 °C.
The problem is that the printer manufacturer made it so that the tip temperature are not regulated and are sewn into the 3D printer computer itself.
I have information that to connect to PC of 3d printer need: USB keyboard, vga display monitor, winscp and putty software.
Need solution how to set tip temperature data in PC of 3d printer for ASA = 283 °C.
