Profile Inheritance

When inheritance is enabled, how much info do I need to include when I want to change one of the files in the default profile? For example:

Let's say my tech-stack.md file under the default profile is fully configured. I have another profile called "dotnetwpf" that inherits from the default profile. The tech stack for this profile is the same as the default tech stack, with the only difference being the frontend UI components.

1. Do I need to have the entire contents of tech-stack.md file under my dotnetwpf profile, or do I only need the changed line for frontend UI components and the rest are inherited?
2. If my changed files are named the same in the default and the inherited profile, do I need to exclude those files from inheritance?

I think so, perhaps agent-os could have some kind of support for "patching" inherited standards? 💡
